A planetary mixer is a stationary device for mixing food ingredients in a bowl. The planetary mixer perfectly copes with such tasks as kneading dough, production of creams and sauces of various consistencies, production of minced meat, mousse or mayonnaise.
The design of the machine consists of a housing, a working bowl (bowl), an electric motor, and a working nozzle. The device is connected to the power grid, which feeds the motor and drives the working nozzle. It spins and rotates simultaneously around its axis and around the center of the bowl.
